Monthly Township Board Meetings are open to the public and are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm and when necessary, the second Tuesday of the month in the Township Building located at 19 Elkhorn Road.

Saturday, May 30th
7:00 am – 3:00 pm
NO household garbage
NO TV’s, computers, monitors, printers or computer peripherals
NO hazardous waste
NO businesses
Batteries and paint cans (empty and dry) will be accepted
Small construction material, such as shingles, must be in boxes or bags
FOUR (4) free tires, up to 20”, per household; any additional tires 20” or smaller $5.00/tire; tires on rims $3.00 additional; make checks payable to “Farmington Township”
NO tires larger than 20”

Option to Purchase Additional Dust Control
Farmington Township Board of Supervisors are contracting to apply 100 feet of dust control, per residence, at no cost. The Board is offering residents, of the Township, the option to purchase additional dust control for $100.00 per 100 feet.
You must contact the Township Secretary, at 570.827.3016, to obtain the required form. If no answer, leave a message. Office hours are Monday between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
The deadline for submission and payment, to request additional dust control, is May 23, 2026.
